📱 BETIX Nedir?

BETIX, futbol maç verilerini analiz eden ve istatistiksel model sonuçlarını sunan bir spor veri uygulamasıdır. Uygulama yalnızca bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlıdır.

BETIX bahis oynatmaz, kumar teşviki yapmaz ve finansal kazanç garantisi sunmaz.

📊 Toplanan Veriler

BETIX veri minimizasyonu prensibini benimser. Kişisel kimlik bilgileri (isim, e-posta, telefon, konum vb.) toplanmaz ve sunucularımızda saklanmaz.

Uygulama yalnızca şu sınırlı verileri işleyebilir:

Uygulama kullanım istatistikleri (Firebase Analytics)
Uygulama çökme raporları (Firebase Crashlytics)
Cihaz türü ve uygulama sürümü
Reklam gösterimi için anonim reklam kimliği (Google AdMob)
Abonelik durumu (Google Play Billing)

💾 Yerel Veri Saklama

Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır ve sunucularımıza gönderilmez:

Kupon ve tahminleriniz
Uygulama ayarlarınız (tema, dil, bildirim tercihleri)
Profil bilgileriniz (takma ad, fotoğraf)

Bu veriler uygulamayı sildiğinizde otomatik olarak silinir.

Bu servisler kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre veri işleyebilir. Ödeme bilgileri BETIX tarafından saklanmaz, tüm işlemler Google Play üzerinden gerçekleşir.

🔔 Bildirimler

BETIX, favori maçlarınız hakkında bildirim gönderebilir (gol, maç başlangıcı, devre arası, bitiş, kırmızı kart, kadro açıklaması). Bildirimleri uygulama ayarlarından veya cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

🔒 Veri Güvenliği ve Paylaşım

BETIX güvenli ağ bağlantıları (HTTPS) kullanır ve hassas kişisel verileri saklamaz.

Kullanıcı verileri üçüncü taraflara satılmaz ve pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz. Veriler yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli servislerle paylaşılır.

BETIX, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında kullanıcı gizliliğine saygı duyar.

🔞 Yaş Sınırı

BETIX 13 yaş altındaki kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır. 13 yaş altındaki bireylerden bilerek veri toplamayız.

📱 What is BETIX?

BETIX is a sports data application that analyzes football match data and presents statistical model results. The app is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

BETIX does not operate betting, does not promote gambling, and does not guarantee financial gains.

📊 Collected Data

BETIX adopts the principle of data minimization. Personal identification information (name, email, phone, location, etc.) is not collected or stored on our servers.

The app may only process the following limited data:

App usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)
App crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
Device type and app version
Anonymous advertising ID for ad display (Google AdMob)
Subscription status (Google Play Billing)

💾 Local Data Storage

The following data is stored only locally on your device and is not sent to our servers:

Your favorite matches
Your coupons and predictions
App settings (theme, language, notification preferences)
Profile information (nickname, photo)

This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

Google AdMob — Ad display and anonymous advertising ID
Google Play Billing — Subscription purchase and management
Firebase Analytics — Anonymous usage statistics
Firebase Crashlytics — App crash reports

These services may process data according to their own privacy policies. Payment information is not stored by BETIX; all transactions are processed through Google Play.

🔔 Notifications

BETIX may send notifications about your favorite matches (goals, kick-off, half-time, full-time, red cards, lineup announcements). You can disable notifications from app settings or device settings.

🔒 Data Security & Sharing

BETIX uses secure network connections (HTTPS) and does not store sensitive personal data.

User data is not sold to third parties or shared for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with services necessary for the app to function.

⚖️ KVKK & GDPR Compliance

BETIX respects user privacy under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Users have the following rights:

Right to know whether their data is being processed
Right to request correction of their data
Right to request deletion of their data
Right to object to data processing
