Orenda is a mystical-content app developed by LAKADOKI. It offers coffee-cup readings, tarot, dream interpretation, birth charts, numerology, and other traditional symbolic readings. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Orenda is for entertainment purposes only — it does not provide real predictions or medical/psychological advice.

2. Data We Collect

👤 Personal Info (You Provide)

Name — used for personalized greetings during onboarding
Date of birth — used for zodiac and numerology calculations
Birth time — optional, used for natal-chart calculations
Gender — optional, used to personalize wording

This information is stored only on your device via Android DataStore. We do not store it on any server.

📷 Photos and Texts

Coffee-cup / palm / tea-cup photos — sent to Google Gemini API for reading generation, not stored
Dream descriptions — sent to Gemini for interpretation, not stored
Name inputs (e.g. partner-name compatibility) — kept only on your device

📱 App Data

Device language — for UI language selection
App preferences (theme, notification toggles, etc.)
Reading history — only on your device
Credit and streak data — only on your device
Advertising ID — anonymous, used for AdMob

3. How We Use the Data

To produce personalized mystical content (zodiac, numerology, readings)
To generate AI-powered interpretations via Google Gemini API
To show ads (free users only) and manage subscriptions
To improve the app and fix bugs

4. Third-Party Services

🤖 Google Gemini API

Photos and text are sent to Google's Gemini service for AI interpretations. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy

📺 Google AdMob

Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. An anonymous Advertising ID and IP address are shared with the ad service. You can reset your ad consent any time from Profile → Ad Consent.

💎 Google Play Billing

Premium subscription purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Payment data is managed entirely by Google; Orenda does not access your payment details.

5. Data Retention

All personal data, reading history, and in-app data are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data via system settings will erase all of it. We do not keep any personal data on a server.

Photos and texts sent to the Gemini API are processed by Google; please review Google's retention policies via the link above.

6. Cookie Policy

The Orenda mobile app does not use cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Know whether your personal data is being processed
Know what data is being held
Request deletion or destruction of your data
Request correction of incorrect or incomplete data
Erase all your data by uninstalling the app

8. GDPR — European Union Users

If you are a resident of the European Union, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) grants you equivalent rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, and the right to object. In-app ad consent is managed via UMP (User Messaging Platform); you can withdraw consent at any time.

9. CCPA — California Users

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. Send your request to lakadokistore@gmail.com.

10. Children's Privacy

Orenda is designed for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware that data of a child under 13 has been processed, we will delete it immediately.
